Looking for Entity-Relations Diagram of S/4 HANA Cloud database

Hi community members,
Now, I'm tackling the designing of Cloud Integration from S/4 HANA DB(pub cloud) to other cloud DB services.

And I'm looking for ER diagram of S/4 HANA.
Does anyone know where ER diagram of it is?
