Logon cookie check failed:repeat logon error when logging in fiori launchpad.

I have a sapui5 application deployed on Fiori launchpad.When a user tries to login it gives a error " Logon cookie check failed:repeat logon" and prompts to enter username and password again.If the user enters the details again he is able to login and this doesnt always happens.

service execute >click default_host>sap>bc>ui2>click flp>

and Click Change Button Icon then Click Error Pages

  click configuration tab

select define service-specific setting(if not selected by default)>action during logon >select deactivate login xsrf protection.

then save .
