logoff and redirect login prompt does not work

We have a service in ITS Mobile, this service work fine, but when we try a logoff, the session ended successfully, but does not offer the option to re-enter credentials. (log off and Redirect to login prompt).

This is a problem for us, this browser is used by a radio frequency device, which needs to continually change users.

Services in SICF transaction are active.

/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/zlm00

/sap/public/bc/icf/logoff

Hello,

On the affected system and on transaction SICF, you may search for the /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/zlm00 service and open it.

In the "Error Pages" tab and under "Logoff Page" subtab, you may scroll down and select the "Redirect to URL" option.

Input the /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/zlm00 path as the redirect and save the service.
