Login Screen in Fiori

I am new in fiori
How to remove (or bypass) login screen when execute or click tiles in launchpad?

This screen (below pict.) always appear when click tiles :

SSO (Single Sing-On) is not enabled. Please work with your Sys Admin (Basis Team), they will be able to fix the same.
