Hi everyone,
We are provisioning users from Azure AD → SAP IAS → SAP Enable Now using IPS.
There are two types of users in our setup:
Internal users from Azure AD:
We map the employeeId from Azure to the Login Name field in IAS, which is then used as the userName in SAP Enable Now employeeid(Azure)->LoginName(IAS)->User Name(Enable Now)
External users created manually in IAS:
These users do not have a Login Name and the userName in Enable Now is a required field and provisioning fails.
Is there a way to automatically populate the Login Name field in IAS when creating users manually?
Have you implemented a similar solution or do you have any ideas or best practices for this scenario?
Thanks in advance for your help
Best regards
