Hello Sooraj,
I could see vLab is a virtual desktop environment. Could you please verify if the logon error occurs when you try to connect in SAP GUI installed in a local desktop? Please, refer to 66971 - "Supported SAP GUI platforms":
If you want to use a virtualization software or terminal services software together with SAP GUI for Windows, this means the following for you:
If an error occurs during the use of SAP GUI for Windows, which can also be reproduced without virtualization software or terminal services software in SAP GUI for Windows, contact SAP Support. We will analyze the error and, if required, provide a correction for SAP GUI for Windows.
If an error occurs during the use of SAP GUI for Windows, that can only be reproduced when using virtualization software or terminal services software in SAP GUI for Windows, contact the manufacturer of this software. In many cases, a corresponding configuration of the software is required.
You need also verified if the SAP UI Landscape file is configured in the Vlab system. Generally, local landscape file (SAPUILandscape.xml) are stored in the path C:\Users\<Userid>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common. The following document can be useful for you too:
2580439 - Connection entries not migrated from saplogon.ini to sapuilandscape.xml when upgrading from older GUI version to GUI 7.4 or 7.5.
2075150 - SAP Logon (Pad) 740: New format of configuration files as of SAP GUI for Windows 7.40
Best regards,
SAP Support
