Lock WBS Element programmatically using BAPI or Function Module

Hello Experts,

My requirement is to lock WBS element programmatically using BAPi or Function Module. I have found one BAPI 'BAPI_BUS2054_CHANGE_MULTI' to update the WBS element, but didn't found any field to lock the WBS element under project definition and project profile level. 

If anyone has worked on this kind of a requirement / any suggestions would be helpful.
