Location Dimension in a blank model

Hello

I'm trying to recreate a location dimension from a blank model (No access to the model builder)

I have both the latitude and the longitude related to the stores but I don't know how to make a location dimension from the StoreID

Is it just possible ? and if so, do you know what I'm missing ?
