Locally Configured Printers not Listed in SAP GUI (LP01)

Hi Expert,

We have this unusual issue wherein a user is not able to see the list of printers configured on her laptop locally whenever she is using LP01 (front-end printing). A different set of printer is being listed in sapgui. We performed following checks:

1. User access SAP in different workstation, printers in that workstation is listed correctly. Meaning its not issue with here SAP access.

2. User is able to printe outside SAP using the printer configured locally. Issue is when she tries to print from SAP.

3. Her colleagues are have no issue. Issue is specific to one user.

4. Tried to uninstall then reinstall SAP GUI on here workstation, same issuue.

I assume that this is not issue in SAP or configuration of the front end printing(LP01) since its working for other. Probably issue on her workstation, SAP GUI etc.

Can you guide me what else to check from the Windows side?
