Local annotations are reflecting in sap smart controls

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create the fiori local annotations in my custom fiori app. I have created the annotation file under annotation folder and added UI.LineItem but its not reflecting. 

Below is the code in manifest.json file 

and below is the annotation code 

Even in the network tab the annotations file is getting loaded without any issue.

And when preview the application i dont see any columns in the smart table.
