Load method (BAPI/ FM/ IDOC) to migrate WBS element Budget data

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to migrate WBS budget (including original budget, supplement, return, transfer, actual, plan data) cost posting from ERP system to S/4HANA. The table involved is RPSCO.

We are looking for a BAPI/ FM/ IDOC to migrate the data. 

Any lead to it would be appreciated.

Hi Yuvaraj,

I would recommend using the Fiori app Import Financial Plan Data.

You should be able to use plan category to load the type of plan data (Budget, plan values, commitments,etc.).

Here some help on it's functionality.

Thank you for the reply.

We want to migrate the data directly from SAP Data services.

Also, we have the requirement to migrate Actual values into the WBS on S/4HANA on-prem. Do you know any app that can support this?

On top of that, do you know about any FM or BAPI to achieve the above requirement?

Hi Het,

For actual values you need to create accounting journals. You can do this easily with Upload General Journal Entries Fiori app.

Using BAPI, you can use BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.

Both these options will allow you to migrate actual values into WBS.
