Load balancer for multiple SAP integration suite tenant

Hi Experts, We are currently facing performance bottlenecks with our SAP Integration Suite tenant. We are exploring options to optimize performance or implement disaster recovery by provisioning additional instances. We came across a three-year-old SAP Community post Maximum Number of Messages for SAP Cloud Platform Integration indicating that Autoscaler Service support for SAP Integration Suite was on the roadmap. but not clear if this functionality has been implemented, If so, is there any guidance or documentation on how to configure the Autoscaler Service with SAP Integration Suite to enable automatic scaling based on workload or to support multi-instance disaster recovery. If this feature is not yet available, could you recommend alternative methods to address performance bottlenecks or achieve disaster recovery for SAP Integration Suite on BTP? For exam, is there any solution about the load balancer implemented for multiple CPI tenant regarding the external requests control? Any answer will be warm welcome. thanks in advance. Hi colleague, first, could you provide the link to the community post you mentioned. From our team-memers only https://community.sap.com/t5/technology-blog-posts-by-sap/scale-your-applications-using-custom-metri... has been written rougly in that time-frame.

SAP does not provide a Load Balancer service for your purpose. You should use an external one, as for the reference architecture https://discovery-center.cloud.sap/refArchDetail/ref-arch-multi-region-ha, but pay attention as the two tenants require a different set of credentials, but there are workarounds for that.

By the way, you can also contact SAP and verify if they can provide additional resources to your tenant

Thanks for the answer,  the solution we are seeking for is to distribute the external requests sent to SAP Integration Suite tenant rather the SAP BTP CF application itself. for exam we have customer service ODATA deployed from SAP business suite on tenant A. and there will be more than 10 billons requests coming everyday. now we planning another tenant B with same ODATA service provided to balance the requests sent from customer. not sure if it is there the same services available from SAP Integration Suite like autoscale service used from CF environment.
