Hi, after successfully installed Live Office for BO 4.2 SP 9 I can get reports that are not containing prompts just fine.
But when I want to fetch reports containing a prompt, the collected objects does not show in Excel. It looks fine then choosing the prompts, the data looks valid and I can chose which objects to put out in Excel After clicking finish and the "Inserting from a Web Intelligence document... Retrieving data from server" pop up shows, but then nothing shows. It's just a blank sheet. Do a need to change some settings for making the reports with prompts to work?
