LIST VALUE REPEAT

I CREATE A LIST_VALUE in subscreen1 but when i change subscreen2 back to subscreen1, the list_value repeat.

I have checked some answer said 'Set the insertion type to "filtered rows'

but i really dont know how to setting.

Can anybody tell me how ti avoid the repeating?
