Latest SAP IDM Eclipse plugin won't work with Java 8: documentation bug?

I noticed that recent SAP IDM Eclipse plugin versions target Eclipse release 2024-09 (aka Eclipse 4.33). The documentation at https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/#idm states:

Operating System	SAP IDM Tools have been tested on Windows 10 (64 bit) with Java Standard Edition 8 (Java SE 😎. SAP IDM Tools run in many operating environments with Java SE 8 that are supported by Eclipse. However, we do not systematically test all platforms.
Java Runtime	JRE version 1.8 or higher, 64-Bit

I think the Java version requirements need to be updated here, because Eclipse 2024-09 will not run with Java 8. It requires Java 17 or higher, according to the error message that the tool will show when started with Java 8:

Hi Lambert,

You are correct - you would need Java 17 to run the Eclipse client as this is a requirement coming from Eclipse itself. We will enhance the documentation to make it clearer.
