Last uploaded file and date from MaxDB content server

I want to see the files that we stored in MaxDB content server. Also i need to see their upload date. It is fine if MaxDB log that includes "X file uploaded on Y date" or the table that stores this information. How can i check?

The content server relevant data are stored in following 3 database tables that contains files upload date and time.
CONTREP
DOCUMENTS<no.>
COMPONENTS<no.>
