Landscape Portal Service in SAP BTP

Hi All,

  We are trying to use FREE TIER of 'ABAP Environment in BTP' service in our productive subaccount (not trial subaccount).

  However, while trying to access the ABAP Dashboard, we are getting error like try to restart from 'Landscape Portal'.

 When we try to subscribe 'Landscape Portal' in BTP, it shows up as 'standard plan' based on consumption model. So its not clear to us that it is free to use (along with FREE TIER of ABAP Environment), or will it be charged based on consumption?

Can someone help in this please?
