Hi,

I have a question how do identify KPI in table knvv, knvp, 0customer_all, 0cust_compc_att, KNBK,

Please help me to understand the procudures to findout the KPI's

Hi,

If have the same information and I have to find the KPI...my KPI would be sales information related to a customer.

But the all this sources which you have mentioned is master data source and its makes no sense to create a cube and report on it.

None of them bring transactional data so KPI is out of quation at the first place.What is here for performance??

You will have to use 2LIS_11_VAITM and billing extractors or delivery extractors to gather sales information or use COPA to use this master data.

If only this much information is required from R/3 then the reporting can be done even on customer sales infoobject. just load the data to customer sales infoobject and create a report onto it.

The use will see only the information related to a customer and its attributes and change in the attributes with every delta load.

Hi,

As per my understanding....

You need to Identify the customers sales information, beased on.

1. Distr.Channel.

2. District.

3. Division.

and need to map this information in Billing tables (VBRP/VBRK) and then get the Customer sales information.

KPI's are:

1. You can find behaviour of Customer.

2. You can find the Best Customers list

3. You can find the Sales Figures (i.e. low or high.)

See this is all depends on your requiremet, you need to talk Functional people and draw the conclusion.

Hi,

KPI = Key performance Indicators, in any company they may have some KPI reports. It comes from Business side. based on that requirement you need to generate report for KPI. It is just based on that report Management take decisions.

Eg: My Product is going to Market in time or not?. this is one KPI. How can do it?.

Solution: First need to find Daily Actual Production, then moveing time from Plant to storage loaction i.e. SIT time, and then time taken from Storage loaction to Customer. like this.

See it depends on your business requirements
