Keyfigures hide ?

Hello BW Experts,

Could you please suggest possible ways to hide and unhide the 2 keyfigures in the query. I have a total of 5 keyfigures. The user should see 3 keyfigures in the default view and 2 keyfigures should be hidden. I remember doing this sometime long ago. I remember having a arrow (drilldown arrow) at one keyfigure, when the user clicks on the keyfigure, it should also show the 2 keyfigures.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,

BWer

Hi,

In the query designer,Right click on the key figure(which you want to not seen by end users at first sight) and select 'Level down' and then click on '-' at the above node .

With rgds,

Hi Kalyan,

You may use a structure. In the selections you'll have your key figures. Some selections in a structure may be made subordinate to other selections (hierarchy) - selection propertie - level up/down. You may expand the senior node to show child leaves. But, the parent node will cumulate amounts of the child leaves.

Best regards,

Eugene
