Jwt issuer is not configured

A web application was made in Sap Build Apps connected to a Back-end application to store the records entered in the form and the project was compiled and deployed generating the MTAR, this application publication in HTML5 was added as a card in Sap Build Workzone Standard Edition, but when checking the payments stored in the Back-end application the following error message "Jwt issuer is not configured" is displayed from the browser console

What would be the steps to solve this problem?
