Hi guys, I'm doing a solman 7.1 to 7.2 dual stack update with the SUM and I get an Error in Start Primary Application Server Java Step, the jstart.exe instance remains in some processes meeting safe mode, could you help me please! Thank you!
here the files of std-server0 and dev-server0
Request clarification before answering.
the problem was solved, the DDIC user was blocked by failed attempts and for that reason could not start the jstart.exe instance The user is unblocked and the update is continuous.
Thank you very much Nicolas for your help, a hug!

Hello,
File std-server0.txt mentions the following issue:
CSN Component [BC-JAS-SEC-UME], DC Name [sap.com/com.sap.security.core.ume.service]
com.sap.engine.frame.ServiceException: Start of UME service failed. Check help topic "Start of UME Service Failed". Technical details: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Initialization of destination SAPJup failed: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon) on localhost sysnr 04
Could you check in Configtool if user/password are corrects (check note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1827807) to connect to the ABAP side of your Solution Manager ?
Best regards,
Nicolas
