Does anyone knows what version of SpiderMonkey/ecma script hana XS classic uses? Is it different in different SPs of hana or the same in each system? My intent was to transpile typescript into something that hana would understand, but not sure which compilation target should I choose
As I know, the SAP HANA XS Classic uses SpiderMonkey (Mozilla’s JS Engine), but the ECMAScript version depends on the HANA SPS version. Generally, it supports ES5 features, with limited ES6 support in later SPS versions.
