Joule in SAC and S/4 HANA Public cloud

Hello. I want to ask, did anyone know is joule already available at SAP Analytics Cloud ? If yes is there any guide how to connect it?

Also for joule in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition , can joule show a bar chart or line chart ? Cause when i try its cannot
