Joule Extensibility POC for SAP Learning

We're considering a proof of concept that involves utilizing the Joule Extensibility feature in relation to the SAP Learning platform (Learn SAP skills | SAP Learning). The idea is to implement a chatbot that enhances user experience by offering improved recommendations and roadmaps based on their search queries. I'm curious about the feasibility of this concept, given that Joule can currently be integrated only with SAP Line of Business products. Is it possible for us to proceed with this use case?

Joule can leverage advanced GenAI capabilities, document foundation, and both SAP and non-SAP data sources to develop custom skills1. This means that while Joule is primarily integrated with SAP Line of Business products, there is potential for extending its capabilities to other SAP platforms, such as the SAP Learning platform, through custom development.

Given this flexibility, it seems feasible to proceed with your proof of concept to implement a chatbot that enhances user experience on the SAP Learning platform. However, it would be prudent to consult with SAP support or a technical expert to ensure that all necessary integrations and customizations can be effectively implemented . Currently with limited information that's all we can suggest.
