Job fails to schedule due to property value contradiction

We've started seeing failure trying to schedule a report. It seems to have started randomly, i.e. environments that worked suddenly stopped working. We have approximately 30 regions, with 7 now not working. No application updates or changes to BOE to my knowledge. There have been O/S patches done, i.e. normal monthly patching. Yet some regions work and others do not.

Our logs are capturing the following information where it has started failing. Any feedback on what to check would be appreciated.

Resolve the contradiction. (FWM 02042)

Any suggestions on what to check or possible root cause things to investigate would be appreciated.

Was this resolved? How was it resolved. We are having the same issue and it is happening on 1 publication only and started out of the blue. We also tried rescheduling the publication from scratch and still get the same error. Also tried running each piece of the publication independently it they all run as expected. Looking for a resolution.
