Android is not among the supported platforms of JCo. You can find all the supported ones in our release and support strategy note 2786882.

In SAP Note the supported JVM / OS versions are listed
SAP Note 2786882 describes which operating systems and versions with which JDKs/JREs are supported by the SAP Java Connector 3.1,
