JCO creation problem

I have defined in SLD one WAS Java Server and one R3 system. I would like to define JCO to this R3. I can define JCO Single Server Connection (step 2 - connection type) - it is going ok, but I can define JCo for metadata while it required connection with load balancing. When i have checked out " Load-balanced Connection " type an exception occurred:

Failed to create new JCO client connection TestModel: Error while obtaining JCO connection. at at at at at at at at at at at at at at at at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service( at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service( at at at at at at at at at at at at Method) at at Caused by: Failed to resolve connection parameter for TestModel at at at at<init>( at<init>( at ... 30 more Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException at java.util.Hashtable.put( at ... 35 more

What more should I configure?
