JavaScript code not working for 2nd page in sap adobe form

Hello...
We have written JavaScript code to hide a column if a value is empty in the adobe form layout like so:

The code is written for both the elements highlighted in blue...
This works fine for the first page where both the header and item are hidden in the form and it looks like this:

But in the 2nd page: The line item seems to be hidden but not the header:

Can someone provide any insights as to why this is happening and how we can resolve it?
It should look like the first page...
