Java Runtime reinitialized after restart

Hello all,

we are using SAP NetWeaver Java Application Server 7.40. I want to in Login-Module create a SSL-Connection. So I have to import certificate in /usr/sap/<SID>/J00/j2ee/exe/sapjvm_6/jre/lib/security/cacerts. After that i have to restart the application server. After restarting the file cacerts is reinitialized. That means the imported certificate is gone.

My question is: could i the server so configure, that the file cacerts could not be reinitialized after restarting? Could someone tell me? thx.
