Dear Experts,

We have received a request business user to retrieve content details in JAM, says who uploaded the file, when it is uploaded, the file location etc. We are suggested by the Support Team that JAM API should help.

However, when I tried to generate the API Token following the guide line step by step.

https://help.sap.com/viewer/u_collaboration_dev_help/ea995aa6284e4fa89389bf99f5521f4b.html

I found that the "button" to generate API Token is not available at my side. oauth-clients.png

This is part of the tutorial for using the OData documentation, which is specific to the Developer Trial edition of SAP Jam that is part of the Cloud Platform trial. To generate the token yourself, you need to follow one of these two tutorials:

Dear Adam

Many thanks for your information.

When I tried to generate the Token again from the SAML Assertion with a CLI, I faced another problem.

I tried to generate the idp Private Key in JAM but it turns out a paragraph of Private Key which cannot be copied.

I tried to retrieve with HTML code and run the Java but the key seems not read probably as well.

When I compared to the example screens for the tutorials, it seems the private key should be a simple one instead of a paragraph.

Would you have any idea which makes the difference?

Many thanks.
