For one of the fiori app, we see both IWSV and IWSG service entries available in USOBHASH table in DEV ('System A') system. However in our UAT system ('System B') entry for IWSV service is missing in USOBHASH table. Please help us with the steps to make it available in 'System B' too or please let us know if there is way to transport it.

Please refer to the SAP Note 1539556 - FAQ | Administration of authorization default values

[4] Non-transactional services have been developed in our landscape. However, these services cannot be included in PFCG in a role menu, and authorization default values cannot be maintained for these services.

Authorization default values for non-transactional services are stored using a hash code-based key entry. The connection between this key attribute and the original application name is saved in the table USOBHASH. The content of this table is the basis for the input help and existence validation of these applications.
To add missing key entries for user-defined developments, activate the trace (in accordance with Note 543164) for authorization default values and start the application to be maintained.
Use the automatic transport connection of transaction SU22 to transport the service authorization default values (the USOBHASH entry is automatically transported in the process).
If you want to transport only the key entry of the table USOBHASH, carry out a pseudo change in transaction SU22 (if required).
!!! A direct transport of the contents of the table USOBHASH is not supported by SAP. !!!
