Hello experts!

I have SAP SM 7.2 SP5, DEV System and PRD. I can not to solve the problem:

0 incidents in ITSM Analytics.

I have this error: "Schedule BW activation job failed with RC 0" in PRD SM

But the BW mandory configuration is OK.

In DEV SM I have not this problem. BW of SOLMAN_SETUP is all GREEN indicators. But I have always 0 incidents in ITSM Analytics.

Thanks.

Hello,

the reason why the activation of the BW-content is working on a DEV-system and not on the PROD-system is that the DEV-system is open for changes and the PROD-system is locked at SE06 and SCC4 -> see also KBA 2574633 which was updated by yesterday.

Best regards,

Martin

Maybe you fixed your error....

But I had the same problem and it turned out that there were no inbound or outbound IDOC messages defined !!! Even though Solman BW does not use IDOCs (assuming you are using Solman for your BW system), the IDOC setup is nevertheless required. Try to check the source system in RSA1 and then activate.

Cheers,

Guy

  1. Can you paste the Job Log of the failed BW Content activation Job.
  2. Further, please check if the EFWK (Extractor Framework) Job is running in the Solman system.

You can check the below document solman-analytics-troubleshooting.txt which contains links to explanations and troubleshooting techniques related to BW analytics in Solution Manager.

Hi, all!

I have the same problem with SM 7.2 SP05, there are 0 incidents in ITSM analytics.

In RSRT queries

0SPR_IN_CREATED_4W

0SPR_IN_COMPLETE_4W

0SPR_IN_0SPRINCU

0SPR_IN_CLOSED_4W

return 0 rows. But all indicators of a BW setup , extractors setups are GREEN. Dmitry, did you solve the problem?

Hi Zakharenkov,

First, you can check if you select Calendar week in the global filter bar(the icon is on the right side of the header). If still no data get, then you can check the bw queries behind this dashboard,

they are:

0SPR_IN_CREATED_4W

0SPR_IN_COMPLETE_4W

0SPR_IN_0SPRINCU

0SPR_IN_CLOSED_4W

You can check them by T-code RSRT, if those queried return no data, that means the you may get some issue with the BW SETUP.

Best regards,

Terry
