Item Cost Not Displaying for a Specific User

One of our users is experiencing an issue where the Item Cost column does not display in the list of items, even though it is already selected in the Form Settings.

We’ve verified that this works fine for other users, so it seems to be isolated to this particular user. We also tried using View > Fit Column Width, but the column still does not appear.

How do we should take to resolve this?

Check if SAP note 1224747 is relevant for your case.

If yes, you need to contact SAP Support via the support launchpad to get the issue investigated.

Hi, we already checked and confirmed that the user has Full Authorization on the Item Cost
