IT Performance reporting - no data

Hello,

I am trying to set up IT performance monritoring for my ABAP systems. After applying a couple OSS notes, I finally got the setup job to finish successfully. But when checking in Proactive monitoring, the 'no data' comes up.

I ran the check report AICCMSBI_SUPPORT_TOOL and it shows everything with a green light, but nothing for P_ASR. And I think this might be the one I need.

I know there are other threads with similar issues, but no solution. We are on SPS20.

Hi Ingrid,

I tested the report AICCMSBI_SUPPORT_TOOL in my system, with only 'P_ASR' on.

There's Data Collection RFC info in some displayed info.

The report might use it to get the data in managed systems.

Check whether you've assigned and it works fine at SMSY with "Check RFC Destination".
