Issues with Installation and Uninstallation of SAP Analysis for Office

I am experiencing difficulties with both the installation and uninstallation of SAP Analysis for Office. The following issues have been encountered:

1. When the user tried to install SAP Analysis for Office, the application did not appear as an Excel add-in (as shown in the attached screenshot). Additionally, when trying to launch SAP Analysis for Office from the icon on the Windows Start menu, an error message appears.

   
   
   

2. I would like to uninstall and reinstall SAP Analysis for Office. However, when searching for "Analysis for Office" in Control Panel > Programs and Features, the application does not appear in the list of installed programs.

   

3. I attempted to delete the "Analysis for Office" folder directly from the PC's Explorer and then reattempted the installation. During the installation process, the screen progresses as shown in the attached screenshot. (At this point, I select the top two checkboxes and try to proceed, but I am unable to click "Next" to continue the installation.)
