Issues while accessing the application url of SMP through agentry client

Hi All,

We have SAP Work manager 6.5 application hosted on 3.1 application server.

I am trying to access the application url its working fine in the browser but while accessing the same through the Agentry client application it throws the error "Unable to resolve host".

Can someone assist with this issues?

Thanks for the response.

I have tried tried the app rul which is working in chrome/ other browser. However, the same url is not working in agentry client application where we paste the same app url and sync with the server.
