Issues interacting with PDF Documents inside of SAP GUI

We have an issue inside of SAP GUI (800 Patch 7, although issue appears in 760 and 770 where the buttons that appear when viewing a PDF Print Preview are not able to be clicked on -

Open ME23N and select a Purchase Order

Click Print Preview then PDF Preview

The PDF is correctly displayed, however the buttons to Save, Print or Zoom cannot be clicked on.

We have tried switching from Edge to Internet Explorer/Adobe HTML control, moving SAP versions, themes ect. but are still unable to interact with PDF documents,

Edit 26/11/2024 - Fix

1. Load an existing PO (ME23N)
   
2. Click Print Preview
3. If loading straight into the PDF Preview, click the 'Go to' menu -> Standard Preview
4. From the 'Extras' menu, click Save Settings
5. Exit out to main screen
6. Load an existing PO (ME23N) again
7. Click Print Preview
8. From the 'Go to' menu, select PDF Preview
9. When it loads, scroll to the right and verify if the Save / Print buttons work
