Issue with ui5-tooling-modules and cds-watch

Hi,

currently I have an issue with the liverealod and cds-watch while using ui5-tooling-modules in a SAP CAP application. As far as I could see in the watch.js file in the sap/cds-dk (bin/watch.js), the folder ".ui5-tooling-modules" is not ignored. 

What happens currently is that as soon as I start the application and a file from a dependency is loaded, the CAP service will be restarted.

I am using the version sap/cds-dk 7.9.4
