Dear SAP Support Team,
We are currently receiving alerts via email in Solution Manager, and to enhance the visibility of our systems, we have decided to implement SMS alerts as well. We have configured the SMS settings using our local provider by creating a web service. However, we have encountered an issue: although we can successfully trigger SMS messages manually from SBWP as a test, the SMS messages do not get sent in case of an actual alert.
Could you please provide us with guidance or documentation on how to configure the SMS alerts end-to-end in Solution Manager?
