When crystal report opened from code in the new window the pagination numbers is struck at page 2 but the pagination is working. Simply page number is bot changing un the version 13.0.28. Please help

First hing to do is upgrade to SP 35, latest version and test again:

And likely cause it's a WEB app so you need to use Sessions and Postback:
