Issue with Manage purchase contracts Fiori app (1600A) is not loading after upgrade

Hi Experts, 

Recently we have upgraded our HANA version to 2023 FPS03, after upgrade the app Manage purchase contracts (1600A) is throwing the below error 

I have checked the odata service is active and the relavant SICF path "/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/mm_pctr_st_mts1" which is also active and the target mapping seems to correct but ts still its not working. 

When i see in console its throwing the below error.

Please help me what else i need to check.

Issue got resolved after activating one of the dependent SICF service.
