Issue with local annotations in sap bas

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create local annotations in the SAP BAS using open guided development in the project. When i try to table column(UI Line item) , the entity set is greyedout like below 

Also getting the warning message "The guide is not compatable with the current project and will not work as intened". Please help me on this.

Please select "Project Guides", rather than "All Guides".

@MioYasutake..Thanks for the reply. I have changed from All guides to Project guide but its not coming.

I have created the project with template type "Basic".

@Anjan_3331 You need to choose one of the Fiori elements templates (such as "List Report") to enable the Guided Development.

My requirement is to add some custom logic and buttons from Fiori End and i need to write it in the View. If i use the Fiori template we will not have views and controls,hence used freestyle basic template.
