Issue with Filters in 'QA' Tenant

Hi community,

We have an issue with SAC stories in our 'QA' tenant which uses a live connection to BW, and need help to troubleshoot what the issue is.

We have a number of Stories that have been developed and tested successfully in our 'Dev' SAC tenant, and we have Exported/Imported them to our 'QA' SAC tenant. But when we try to open them in 'QA' Chrome shows the 'rolling dots' gif but doesn't fetch data from BW.

Stories created directly in 'QA' return data, until we try to add a filter...

Hi Andrew,

Can you open Developer Tools in Chrome (using F12 or CTRL+Shift+I) and then open the story on your QA tenant. Can you see the requests to BW on the network tab? Are you using a live connection with SSO?
