Hi,
We are currently configuring the integration between SAP Task Center and SAP S/4HANA to enable the approval and rejection of Purchase Requisition tasks through SAP Mobile Start.
At this stage, the tasks and their details are being successfully retrieved by Task Center. However, we are facing an issue where the “Accept” and “Reject” action buttons are not functioning properly, preventing users from completing the approval process.
The buttons don't show any letter and have different message errors when clicked.
When clicking the supposed Accept or Reject buttons (Which are only red or green with no text) it says that 0 is selected, indepentendly of which button is chosen.
When "Submit" is clicked the next error is presented:
