Issue while uploading S4 HANA Database to Maintenance planner

Hi Team,

We are having an issue while uploading S4 HANA Databases to the Maintenance Planner via SAP portal.

The error message is: "System <SID> (HANADB) was created manually in LMDB and cannot be uploaded" and "An exception of type CX_SISE_EXCEPTION has occurred".

This issue persists despite the product version being shown automatically supplied.

We attempted to resolve it by removing the system from LMDB and re-synchronizing with the System Landscape Directory (SLD), but the error continues.

We seek assistance for resolving this issue.

Could you please check Note 2612026 to know about the meaning of the error message?
