Issue while doing Neo Cloud Portal Site Migration to SAP BTP Workzone Standard Edition

Hello Community Members,

I am doing a migration of neo cloud portal site to workzone standard edition using the Migrating SAP Cloud Portal Sites (Neo Environment) to SAP Build Work Zone | SAP Help Portal .
When doing the migration steps : step 2 - convert downloaded zip file (exported cloud site zip file) to supported format in CF , i am facing an issue. Attaching the image of the issue : 

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue ?
