Issue on Label Printing: the character 'O' (letter o) looks like a '0' (zero)

We have a problem with a certain label used for storage units. Whenever it is printed, the character 'O' (letter o) looks like a '0' (zero). It seems like a font issue used with the label template. The label is in IPL language printing on Intermec printers. Would you be able to provide troubleshooting steps for both label template generated in SAP Script and Smartforms?

So, choose another font in SAPscript and Smart Form. What's the point?

@Sandra_Rossi I'm not really from technical so I was wondering how fonts are called within ABAP and how it is applied to the label command itself as an IPL language

There's a printer command reference/programming guide for IPL (and any printer language), you can find how to choose the font. You may send these printer commands in SAPscript and Smart Form.
