Issue in updating inspection lot characteristics after UD Made

Hello Everyone,

I have a requirement to update inspection lot characteristics using ABAP logic.

There are some things which has already been done for the inspection lot. 

-->Short term inspection results recorded.

-->Usage Decision has made for the inspection lot.

Now my requirement is to update the inspection lot characteristics.  

I have tried with the BAPI(BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS) for the Result recording this BAPI is throwing the below error

Can anyone please help me with the process to achieve this scenario.

• Long text of message QI 130
• Inspection plan creation date in header of the inspection plan QP03, inspection lot creation date and status.
• OSS notes such as 2620537 - Archiving old inspection lots to allow the system to reset the current number level for QM...
