We are facing an issue with the integration between our customer checkout system and SAP Business One. We have a plugin integrated with our customer checkout system, which is designed to automatically create sales orders in SAP Business One.
The plugin itself appears to be functioning correctly, but the sales orders are not being successfully transferred to SAP Business One. Despite syncing the customer checkout , we have not been able to see any sales orders created in SAP Business One.
Additionally, we are encountering an error message that indicates the sales order document already exists in SAP Business One, but it cannot be found. This suggests there is an issue with the sync.
