Hi Team,
We have created one S-user ID but we found an issue while creating any incident, During create new cases first it asks for selecting a company, but in my new ID no company is found, I have given all authorizations still the issue is occuring, can you please help me to solve this.
Request clarification before answering.

Regarding how to create case in SAP for Me, please kindly note that S-user must have necessary authorizations as per KBA 3383142 - Which S-user ID authorizations are required for support case handling? - SAP for Me
